Hull Survey

This section is staffed by experienced surveyors who between them have an extensive knowledge of all aspects of the aviation industry combined with a blend of flying/engineering ability and insurance expertise.

The nature of the instruction and the type of claim will determine the level of response provided. Where applicable CTC Services Aviation will:

Carry out a site survey.
Liaise with accident investigators, local authorities and manufacturers to determine the cause and extent of loss and provide relevant recommendations.
Liaise with authorities and post-accident investigations.
Supervise site clearance and arrange salvage sales.

Where aircraft damage claims are concerned, CTC Services Aviation will:

Discuss and negotiate the viability and method of repair
Where this is to be carried out and agree an estimate for repair costs. This will include sourcing the availability of replacement parts.
Review final repair cost invoices and submit recommendations to underwriters as to the amount to be paid in settlement of the claim.

Surveyors are on call on a 24 hour basis.
